Move Menu and Dock on second screen (osx)

In the Display Preference screen, you click the “Arrangement” tab. You can drag the white menu bar from one screen to the next. The Dock follows the menu bar (via txfx: thanks!).

Another info about working with 2 monitors:
If you work with Adobe Photosthop CS, you can drag palettes and confirmation windows to 2nd screen. BUT pay attention: if you disconnect the second screen, the moved palettes will be outside your main screen and you won’t be able to see them. So, pay attention to where are your palettes and “color choose window” when you close your Photoshop CS. It that a bug?
