Mi sono sempre chiesto a cosa fossero dovuti quei rallentamenti che nelle giornate di traffico coinvolgono le autostrade. Mi riferisco a quei rallentamenti inspiegabili che avvengono senza una causa comprensibile (niente incidenti, niente restringimenti di carreggiata). Questa simulazione mostra come questi rallentamenti nascono e come si muovono (si spostano in direzione opposta alla direzione del moto delle macchine).
